MON PARE

VINTAGE: 2016

True to all that they taught me,
This wine is the result of things done without haste.
To let wine find its best expression in the barrel.
Knowing to find the best moment.
To look for authenticity. To find it.

ELABORATION:
After careful selection of the grapes at the winery entrance. Whole grapes are transported to stainless steel tanks where fermentation will take place. With the whole grain and after the grape’s selection, the essence of the varieties and the terrain will be maintained, giving it all the character of the territory. Later, it ages 18 months in 5,000 liters barrels to acquire its characteristic complexity. It is bottled and it’s kept at rest for a minimum of 6 months.

ALCOHOL DEGREE: 14% vol

TASTING NOTE:
Mon Pare is a tasty wine, with an intense plum color and a dense leg that shows us all its structure and aging. Very nice in the nose, aromatically complex with notes that remember the ripe black fruit, spices from aging and a balsamic touch that gives freshness to the aroma. In the mouth it has a smooth entrance, with good presence and balance on the palate, and a long and full end. The complexity and length of the wine in the mouth makes it ideal to accompany processed meats as well as pork or beef stews.
